this tata stock is ready for short term investment

I am not touch the fundamental part , just share my technical view :

TATA POWER :

1 DAY TIME FRAME

CUP AND HANDLE PATTERN

1 year resistance level is breakout with good volume and now currently in pull back region.

one pull back is over , Tata Power is moving upside , before the move just accumulate in region of 225 to 235 region . anywhere in this region is expected to completed the pullback .

ENTRY PRICE : 225 TO 235

STOPLOSS : 216 { HANDLE LOW }

TARGETS : 250 , 264 , 280+

Reason for this entry , stoploss , target :

*entry point is given based on resistance line

*stoploss is given based on chart pattern {handle low }

*target 1( 250 ) is based on previous resistance , target 2 (264) is based on risk reward ratio of 1: 2 ( marked in the chart ). remaining targets is extra , if you want hold , or book full profit in 2nd target .

TRADING METHOD :

don't invest full capital into this stock , use 10% capital only .

example : if you have 1 lakhs , invest 10k only .

total quantity = 42 shares { buy price 235 }

if stoploss hits = 798 ( 42x19)

profit booking method 1 :

if target 1 hits ( partial booking )= 315 (21x15)

if target 2 hits ( full profit booking ) =609(21x29)

overall profit = 315+609 =924

profit booking method 2 :

full profit books on t1 : 630(42x15)

full profit books on t2 : 1218(42x29)
